東(dong)方風電黨委深入推動 “我(wo)為群眾辦(ban)實(shi)事(shi)”常態化長(chang)效(xiao)化
為鞏固拓展(zhan)黨史學習教育成果,2022年,東(dong)方風(feng)電黨委及(ji)各基層黨組織建立了兩級“我為職工群眾辦(ban)實事”清單,深入推動黨史學(xue)習教育常態(tai)化(hua)長效化(hua)。
一是圍繞(rao)提升(sheng)員(yuan)工綜(zong)合素質和技(ji)能完(wan)善職工教育(yu)培(pei)訓機制。公司層面(mian),按照(zhao)年(nian)度培(pei)訓計劃,有(you)序推進干部(bu)職工年(nian)度培(pei)訓工作。各單位(wei)結合自身(shen)實際,組織開(kai)展二級培(pei)訓。風電研(yan)究設計院目前已完(wan)成(cheng)培(pei)訓24期(qi)次,定(ding)期(qi)以“導師帶(dai)徒”的形式走(zou)進風電項目現場,幫助(zhu)指導(dao)新員工更好的將理論與實踐結合(he)起來。東方(fang)天津風電針對“柔性制造”特點,開(kai)展電鉗融合、新(xin)任(ren)班組長(chang)考核期內專(zhuan)項(xiang)技能提升等培訓,豐富(fu)職工(gong)“技能包”,打(da)造風(feng)電裝調“多(duo)邊形戰士(shi)”。
二(er)是(shi)完善(shan)后勤服務和職工關(guan)心關(guan)愛工作機制。新建成都分(fen)部職工食堂于6月14日正式(shi)投(tou)入使用(yong),為職工(gong)提(ti)供早(zao)中晚三餐(can),解決了東(dong)方風(feng)電(dian)及另(ling)外四家(jia)兄弟單(dan)位在成都蜀(shu)漢(han)路辦公(gong)的近400名(ming)職工(gong)(gong)(gong)(gong)(gong)就餐(can)問題。東(dong)方(fang)天津葉(xie)片對食堂(tang)硬件、軟件進(jin)行全(quan)方(fang)位升(sheng)級,進(jin)一步提升(sheng)菜肴品質(zhi)和用(yong)餐(can)環(huan)境(jing)舒適度(du)。東(dong)方(fang)山(shan)東(dong)風電設立(li)黨員責(ze)任區(qu),定期(qi)開(kai)展(zhan)食堂(tang)滿意(yi)度(du)調查(cha),持續改進(jin),不斷(duan)提升(sheng)職工(gong)(gong)(gong)(gong)(gong)用(yong)餐(can)體(ti)驗。風電各級領導深入各單位、子(zi)公司、項(xiang)目現場,看望慰問干部(bu)職工(gong)(gong)(gong)(gong)(gong),將(jiang)組織(zhi)的溫(wen)暖送給每(mei)一員工(gong)(gong)(gong)(gong)(gong)。交(jiao)付中(zhong)心組織(zhi)有子(zi)女參加高、中(zhong)考的職工(gong)(gong)(gong)(gong)(gong)座談,了解(jie)子(zi)女學(xue)習情況及面臨的困難,為考生送去慰問品,統籌安排工(gong)(gong)(gong)(gong)(gong)作(zuo),讓(rang)職工(gong)(gong)(gong)(gong)(gong)、特別是異地出(chu)差(cha)職工(gong)(gong)(gong)(gong)(gong)陪伴子(zi)女順利完成(cheng)考試。交(jiao)付中(zhong)心、東(dong)方(fang)新能(neng)科技定期(qi)與長期(qi)出(chu)差(cha)職工(gong)(gong)(gong)(gong)(gong)視頻連(lian)線,關(guan)心了解(jie)他們工(gong)(gong)(gong)(gong)(gong)作(zuo)生活(huo)情況,幫助解(jie)決(jue)實際困難。供應(ying)鏈(lian)管理部(bu)、東(dong)方(fang)興安盟風電、東(dong)方(fang)新能(neng)科技等單位組織(zhi)開(kai)展(zhan)六一親(qin)子(zi)活(huo)動(dong),進(jin)一步拉(la)近(jin)父(fu)母與孩子(zi)的距(ju)離(li)。
三是落實職工(gong)合理化建議(yi)工(gong)作機(ji)制。東方涼(liang)山(shan)風(feng)電回應職工(gong)意見建議(yi),在(zai)公司內及(ji)職工(gong)集中居住(zhu)點各建設(she)1個職工(gong)文(wen)化活動(dong)室,并添置(zhi)乒乓(pang)球桌、棋類(lei)、啞鈴等活動(dong)用(yong)品,為職工(gong)業余文(wen)化活動(dong)創造條件。東(dong)方天津風(feng)電根據職工(gong)“走(zou)出去”常態化(hua)的(de)特(te)點,為(wei)長期出差異地生產基(ji)地職工配置(zhi)球類、棋類器材。供應鏈管理部安排專人,督促部門員工在(zai)每天10點、15點(dian)進行體操(cao)運動(dong),緩解工作疲勞。
四是(shi)把我為群(qun)眾(zhong)辦實事延(yan)伸到社會服務(wu)到社會。供應(ying)鏈管理部老黨(dang)員主(zhu)動請(qing)纓(ying)參(can)加疫(yi)情(qing)防控專題培訓,利(li)用業余時間參(can)與(yu)社區疫(yi)情(qing)防控工作。東方天津風電(dian)上半年累(lei)計組織志愿者72人次,走(zou)進(jin)社區,參(can)與到核酸檢測篩查工作當中(zhong),協助做好現(xian)場(chang)秩序(xu)維護、信息采樣(yang)登記(ji)、入戶采樣(yang)、樣(yang)本轉運;志愿者走(zou)進(jin)地鐵沿線(xian),配合(he)站(zhan)臺(tai)人員掃碼測溫、路線(xian)引導、購票取票等(deng)工作。
